Worldmart 10 Days Return Policy
We give 10 days Return window for most of our products. For first 10 days after the delivery date, if the item gets defect then we will arrange a pickup from you if we have return pickup service in your area otherwise you need to send back to our address through courier and the return charges will be reimbursed to you. The return charges will not be reimbursed in this case only the item actual amount will be eligible for refund. After 10 days you need to claim warranty then you have to Pay courier charge or send the item to our address through Local courier at your own cost. We have a QC team who tests your ordered products to make sure they are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. In addition to the normal quality assurance checks, all the goods have passed in the factory line.
Worldmart Standard Return Policies are only applicable to the products purchased by you directly from worldmart website. All products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within return window period. Customer need to send an email to [email protected] for returns mentioning the order number in subject and the brief about the issue in the item purchased in the body of the email.
Refund Payment Policy
Refund Customer need to send item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, CDs and original accessories in manufacturer packaging.
If order delivered to you, Courier charges will detect from refund amount. Courier Return Pickup Charge( Rs 150). Courier Shipping Charge ( Rs 150). COD Charge or online payment charge (Rs 50). and 10% Restoration charge will be detected from total amount.
Refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account / as Google Pay / Phone pay / Other (in case of Pay on Delivery orders).
In order to help you to get your return/refund smoothly, please read below policies carefully in advance.
- For Return and Replacement Customer need to inform over customer support team and send photos and video for product conformation. Our Return department will not process your return without over confirmation.
- Request for return or complaint must be filed within 10 days based on the original delivery date of your package. Any quality issues should be proved with photograph documents and problem description.
- Return must be completed, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
- Once we approve your return request, we will take return request or customer need to send product back to us.
- After receiving the returned package, our Return department will process the Return as well as inspect the returned items. For a refund , the refund funds will be posted to you, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to make it available. The processing time is vary and according to your bank’s policy.
- Worldmart reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.

Please send returns by postal service which is preferred.
- Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately (Must within 2 hours after your payment ). We can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Should you open the package, but do not want to accept the received product(s), having a return authorization request is necessary. The restocking fee and the shipping & handling fee will be charged.
- We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.
- All our products comes with warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned within the warranty period. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting return authorization. It is difficult for us to find out your transaction record and this may result in delaying exchange or refund process.
- Defective products must be returned within 15 days since the request of return. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
- If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.
- No warranty will be given if the product is damaged or the design / shape changes after use (applicable with lithium batteries). Batteries which get swollen are not eligible for replacement.

Should I provide tracking number after I return the item?
Note: Worldmart won’t take any responsibilities for missing returns so a tracking number is required on your side.
Who should be responsible for the returning cost?
- Worldmart will be responsible for the returning fee by regular post service with a tracking number if it is our fault.
- Worldmart will not pay for the returning fee for the customer ordered the wrong product(s).
- The return shipping fee should be paid by the customer in advance, after we get the returned item(s), we will offer you a satisfactory solution such as a refund.
An item was lost or damaged during shipping?
If your item was damaged during shipping, your must inform us on the same day when you receive the parcel. Post 24 hours of receiving the item, we would not be able to help you as we need to inform the courier within 24 hours of delivery. When requesting for damage item received, please be ready to provide Customer Service, photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide “Proof of Damage” documentation from your courier. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it, contact us saying you rejected the package, and Worldmart will then ship you a new item immediately.

- Once Customer Service confirms an item is missing, we will begin processing a new one for you.

Have you received my returned items?
Once we’ve received your package, we will begin processing your return, which may take up to 2-3 business days. When processing is completed, we will contact you and issue your refund.
